In the world of Lineage 2 you can easily get in touch with the GM team by using the in game petition system. To use the petition system click the petition button from the system menu list.

From the type tab, select the category of your petition, the links there may also include the answers to your questions.

Enter your message in the lower box. Explain the petition as much as you can in detail and submit your petition by clicking the submit button when you are done.

Once you have submitted your petition, you will receive a receipt #, as you can see this is your first petition and each player only has a maximum number of petitions per day. In the USA servers, the daily petitions given to players are 5 a day.

You can also cancel your petition using the cancel button, by doing this your petition request will be reset to the previous number.Depending on the type of the petition you have requested the GMs will eventually send a reply regarding your concern to help them further in their investigation or to finally find a proper solution for your problem.

Once you have provided the necessary info for GMs to use for their investigation, you will be informed of any progress or action that needs to be taken care of. Afterwards you are also provided an opportunity to grade the performance of the GM that handled your petition. The evaluation ranges from Very poor, poor, fair, good and very good.

Lineage 2 Stratics has an article regarding Lineage II’s system requirements. Here is the article mentioned:

Here is NCSoft's minimum and recommended system requires to play Lineage II. However, we felt that their recommended requirements were a a bit low to fully enjoy the game so we added our own suggestion. Most important on that list is RAM. Graphics settings you can tweak and turn off basically everything with your in game settings, but your RAM you are stuck with. Get at least a gig.

  • Lineage II requires DirectX 8.1 or above. Lineage II will not run on Windows 95. Install DirectX 8.1 or above and the latest drivers for your video card.   If your system does not meet the minimum requirements, the game either will not run or will not function properly.
